So, WHY do we make business so hard?
According to Sue, we over complicate everything. We focus on our massive to- do lists and forget who we are as business owners. We forget what our passion is and why we got into business in the first place. We get caught up ‘saying the right things” being in ACTION mode. We get lost in a never ending web of “ideas” without any systems in place.
How can we stop to think about who we are within our business?
Sue says, you must KNOW your core essence which has been with you since the beginning. This is what drives your values. Reconnect with who you are at the core. This is what it means to be in flow and in alignment with who you are. If your work is suffocating you or you feel confused. your lens are befuddled. However, knowing who you are gives you clarity and it gives you the right language to attract the right clients to you.

Sue often finds that people have a “story” and so she challenges that story by asking them: is that true? Is it that true you? And yes, people hold onto things – but if they stop and think – they can most likely break that story and create one that works for them.
