Officially, we’re in a recession. But what does that mean? Well, we have to be a little bit smarter about how we move the business forward, we have to be a little bit smarter about how we work together, we have to be more intentional. This is something I’ve been talking about for a long time about being intentional.
But today, with the pressure of economic uncertainty, all of the concerns with safety and our workforces, working remotely, sometimes not working remotely. All of these things cause us to really think about who we are as leaders.
