[0:16]
When I study fast-growth founders and CEOs, and I say study them, because I put hundreds of these interviews on my podcast growth Think Tank, you can check out many of them. But before you leave, let me just kind of give you a quick tour of what you could expect here on the website. We create content for founders and CEOs for the Inc 5000.

[0:37]
These are the fastest-growing privately held companies in North America. And those companies are growing at astronomical speeds, the average company’s probably growing around 40%, over a three year period, we’ll just in the last two or three months, the interviews I’ve had the average growth was over 2,450% over a three year period. Now I know that’s a ton. But when these founders and CEOs think about growing their company, everything is optimized to grow fast. That means they think differently than their peers. They think differently than many of the slower-growing companies in their markets.

[1:18]
One of the big ideas behind them thinking differently is how they lead their people. They do leadership differently. And so all of the content we put on here is sharing with you insights, frameworks, different ways to think about it stories, all about the journey of these founders and CEOs. But how they think differently, how they lead differently, and how they create cultures that are quite different than everyone around fast-growth companies understand something, they understand that their people are the most important piece to them actually going fast. In fact, over 94% have said that employees are more important than customers, I asked them the impossible question.

[1:59]
Here it is. As a leader, what’s more, important your customers are your employees. Think about that for a second. If you immediately said customers, you’re not absolutely wrong, but fast growth leaders for some reason think that its employees. Now when I talk to them, and I used to run a fast-growing company, I get the fact that they can’t scale fast. If the employees aren’t bought in 100%, to the mission, to serving the clients into hitting the goals. That means those people must be put first customers come after that.

[2:34]
This means when you as a leader put employees first they’re able to take care of the customers at a different level. All this we said fast-growth founders CEOs have one thing in common. They want their people to feel like owners. And so we put a lot of content around the website to help you create a space where people feel like owners. And one of the things you might be thinking is, you know, where do you start? Well, we’ve got hundreds of interviews, I’ve got free training, I’ve got all kinds of articles I’ve written for ink magazine and Entrepreneur Magazine.

[3:07]
So where would you start? Well, the best place I can say is right below, I’ll put a link to a free training about building the right team, building a team of A-players, even in a recession like this, even at a time when it’s difficult and uncertain. You can build a team of A-players, but you must understand the three mistakes that commonly get in the way of building that team of A-players. I won’t go through their three mistakes today. But it’s absolutely free. All you have to do is go get it right now.

[3:35]

I’ve been helping founders and CEOs for about a decade, I used to run a company that was would have been on the Inc 5000 had I applied but I didn’t have time to apply because I was running a business. I say that jokingly because I know what it’s like to be you. And I’ve been working with founders just like you for the last 10 years. I’ve got testimonials of people in the, In fact, thousand of taking their leadership to that next level, going from founder to CEO, becoming stronger leaders, and doing all the things necessary to create a culture that’s a competitive advantage.

[4:30]
I share this with you because I want you to understand who I am, what I do. And what I stand for. This video is just an introduction to some of the content we have.
