When you’re ready for something different inside your professional experience or even your whole life, you’ve got to be willing to make some changes. I read something that I’ve read many times before, but it hit me differently this time. If nothing changes, nothing changes. Now, this gross lesson is a pretty big message for anyone that is looking to get different results, and anything they want to in life, but specifically in business. I work mostly with founders, CEOs of fast-growing companies, I help them see things that they can’t see for themselves.

[0:37]
Every day, I have conversations with my clients, prospects, and those people that want more than what they’re creating right now. But they’re not quite sure how to get there, because they know that putting their head down, working harder isn’t going to give them the results that they want. They’ve been doing that already. They’re very good at working hard. They’re very good at just really barreling in and just keep going. But sometimes, you got to step back and realize that you got to change something. And if nothing changes, nothing changes.

[1:11]
I really love what I’m doing, I get a chance to listen in to these ambitious leaders to hear what’s going on inside their businesses, whether it be in sales, or leadership, or culture, or just a growth strategy that where something’s just not lined up exactly right. And most of the time, the changes are just 1% off.

[1:33]
I have many times where I’ve sat down with leaders to help them see something that just is so close. But they’re just missing a little element. Because of my experience of 10 years of doing this, I can see it faster than most of those around me. I share all this with you. Because I really want you to understand that if nothing changes, nothing changes. If you are looking to make a shift inside your business performance, inside the performance of an employee inside of your culture, or you’re just not quite sure about what’s next, then you’ve got to change something.
