Leading Without Ego with Gary Mittman and Andrea Fenster at KERV Interactive

Leading without ego means putting the needs of the team or organization before one’s desires or personal agenda. It involves being open to feedback and criticism and being willing to admit mistakes. A leader with a strong ego may make decisions based on their self-interest, while a leader without an ego will make decisions based on what is best for the group. This style of leadership can help to create a positive and productive work environment, as well as build trust among team members.
